2.2 Location Data

- Foreground location while the app is in use

Location data is never sold and is retained only for the duration necessary to provide the Services.

- All payments are processed securely through Stripe
- DacLane does not store credit or debit card numbers
- Transaction references, payout records, and invoices are retained solely for accounting, dispute resolution, and legal compliance
